We loved facilities and staff, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. There was plenty of food that was good. Popped in tot samy barashek for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

the service was special and staff were friendly. great morning meal in the restaurant. comfortable beds for a good sleep. it was so close to poltava city center. 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
